Scenes from Christmas...

Now that it is the day after Christmas, I have a few moments to share a few things that have been happening around here. 

First up, it may be a day late on the blog, but I hope everyone had a wonderful, holiday...

We had a delightful brunch Christmas day (biscuits and gravy, which was soo very delicious and mimosas) and it was nice and low key for the rest of the day. I think it is the start of a new family tradition for us. Christmas brunch is totally going to be our thing from now on. 

My amazing husband got me a Nespresso machine for Christmas and I am OBSESSED! I have already been experimenting with perfecting my main latte and main white chocolate mocha recipe. The milk frother is perfect and I even used it to make special peppermint hot cocoas with whip cream, sprinkles, and white chocolate drizzle...

My recipe came out just right and was a huge hit. The other huge hit was the Space Shuttle Airfort, we got for C. Seriously, one of the coolest Amazon finds. 

I love just being able to spend some time with my loved ones and I even was able to catch up on a few of my favorite shows. Overall, this Christmas was simply delightful.
