Viking Sew Fest 2023 Recap

It was an amazing time at Viking Sew Fest! For my first time attending, it really left an impression and I already can't wait for the next one. Not only was this my first time attending Viking Sew Fest, it was my first trip to Florida! I loved spending some time at the beach and I even found a couple of shark teeth. 

Anyways, back to the photos and all the sewing goodness! 

The first day was the opening ceremony in the evening and it was wonderful to finally see a glimpse of the new Epic 3 in person. It truly didn't disappoint!

The second day I got to play on the Epic 3 and become certified on it. For one thing it was so intuitive, it made it such a please to stitch on. 

The next two days were filled with classes, from software to sewing to embroidery. The new embellishment attachment was easy to use and mesmerizing to watch.

Of course, Joe and I did manage to fit in a few fun things, like the beach, touring a PGA golf course, and a few cocktails. 

 Overall, it was a trip for the books. I had a delightful time, learned a few new techniques, and came back feeling inspired to create!
